Jeff graduated from The University of Rhode Island in May of 1980 with a B.S. degree in Insurance and Marketing. In June of 1980 he started his Insurance career with Fred S. James and Co. in NYC. as a Marketing Representative in the "Large Line's Casualty unit". After one year at Fred S. James and Co., Jeff took an Account Executive position with Frankel & Co. In January of 1983, Jeffrey joined his father, Alvin Mogil, in the Alvin Mogil Agency Inc. He started concentrating on the production of new commercial business and the servicing of existing accounts. Slowly, Jeffrey and his father grew the company with the addition of his older brother Ken (who passed away in 2004) and his younger brother Bob, who joined in 1988. In 1993 the firm changed their name to "The Mogil Organization", in 1994 Alvin Mogil passed away. Currently, Jeffrey is the CEO of The Mogil Organization managing the daily operations with his brother Bob. Jeffrey is also responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions for the company and continues to produce a variety of clients in the areas of: commercial, personal, high net worth personal, life and health insurance. Jeffrey lives with his wife Daryl and their children on Long Island, NY. They are contributors and avid supporters of many local charities and non-profit companies on Long Island.

Bob graduated from Duke University in 1983 with a B.A. Degree in Economics. His insurance career began as an Account Representative in the Marine & Energy Unit at Marsh & McLennan. After working at Marsh for several years, Bob switched to the Insurance Wholesale area and worked as an Account Executive at New Amsterdam Excess (A Subsidiary of Fred S. James). He then joined Alvin Mogil Agency, Inc. as a Vice President and producer in 1988. At that time the firm had 5 employees, 4 of which were Bob, his 2 brothers and his father. In 1993 the firm changed its name to The Mogil Organization and had doubled its size. Bob's father, Alvin, passed away in 1994, and his older brother, Ken, passed away in 2004. Bob is currently the President of the organization. Besides managing the office, Bob produces a wide variety of accounts, ranging from Financial Institutions to high net worth individuals. Bob lives in Briarcliff Manor, NY with his wife Laura, who is a writer and publicist. In addition they have 2 sons, Sam who is attending Duke University, and, Spencer who is attending Briarcliff High School. Bob and Laura are both active in various local charities such as the Ossining Open Door, Briarcliff Manor Education Foundation, The Westchester Arts Council, and the Briarcliff Committee for the Arts.

Steven graduated from Ithaca College in 1988 with a degree in finance. He began his career at the Travelers Insurance Company specializing in the life and health segment. In 1990, Steven moved over to the brokerage side of the business and developed the concept of employer based affinity group marketing. Steven implemented the concept of work environment insurance placement. This new concept allowed professional's the opportunity to purchase property and casualty products utilizing their employment status with discounts not available otherwise.

In 2000 he joined the Mogil Organization and formed The Mogil Group North which specializes in employer based insurance placement including obtaining insurance for unique and often complicated personal lines risks. His expertise extends to yacht coverage, watercraft pollution and fractional aircraft placement. Steven lives in Larchmont, N.Y. with his wife Kristin who is a practicing attorney. They have three daughters and are active in various local causes.
